Model: VIGI C540V
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.0

Hi,

I purchased couple of cameras.

VIGI C540V 1.0 & VIGI C540 2.0

They are perfect. I tested them with 2 way audio. Everything was working fine. Then I purchased the NVR and connected these cameras.

VIGI NVR1008H-8P(UN) 1.20

Once I got the cameras into the NVR, I can't use the 2way audio function. I can hear the audio from the camera, but I can't speak through those cameras.

Is there any particular setting I need to enable.

Thank you,

Do you mean that you use the VIGI app? Make sure your VIGI app is enabled for the microphone recording. No extra config is needed.

If you are using the NVR with a monitor, note that you need an audio-in(put) device.
