I have been using vigi c340 outdoor bullet camera for around 9 months, now im facing problem in video quality and recording ,video loss problems on that. since 1week i have this issue, the image is fully over contrasted sometimes and sometimes the video becomes white, sometimes automatically switches to nightvision on high bright day sunlight (even thoug the night vision setting is on off), maximum of the time while accessing the camera a blank black screen appears or loads forever. there also issue in recording on the hard disk, it records only if i reebot the camera everytime it loads again and again. i have 9other vigi same cameras they are working as usual, but this one alone having issues. i have attached the respective problem images and also shared the video clips in the communtity, kindly do the needfull for resolve issue faster. REFER TO THE SAMPLE IMAGES AND VIDEOS ATTACHED ON EACH REPLY THREADS FILES AND PICS , I ALREADY TRIED RESETING THE CAMERA

Two main issues for you now:

1. Video loss.

2. Overexposed image.

 

Some suggestions:

1. Check your cable and power supply. This matters. Don't think this is unrelated. Remove the camera, replace it with a 3ft cable, and test it out. If this behavior does not happen, then you need to re-wire the cable. Video loss can lead to a discontinued clip on your NVR.
Most Ethernet cables are not qualified to be used outdoors. So, choose the outdoor cable if you are using it outdoors.

2. Overexposed, if this does not resolve by the 1. then you might consider if the night mode switch, the IR cutter can properly work.

If the IR cutter cannot be switched after the night mode is over, that could lead to an overexposed image.

That's hardware damaged to the cutter.
