@DerekTsui A workaround is to configure another device on your network (such as a NAS) with the second DDNS name. It will then resolve to the WAN IP of your network.

@GRL I am not using the gateway as a proxy. The DNS server for the management VLAN is the gateway address and the DNS servers on the WAN interface are 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1. I am glad someone else was...

@WinnieGreg The Omada wireless gateways (ER605W and ER706W) do not have an AP mode that you sometimes have in other routers.

@locn I can't address the VPN issue but there is newer firmware here. One of the fixed bugs in the release note refers to an L2TP issue.
