@smithj33 Is Cloud-Based Controller Management Enabled? That would be in System -> Controller Settings on the SG2008P, for example. That would be the first place I'd check.

@KMCH Unfortunately, the OC200 does not support the client statistics you are requesting. In terms of hardware controllers, it is supported on the OC400 only.
