My question was - do you have any ISP device (modem/router) to which you connect the AX10 ? If yes, then what is it ?

Who's your ISP ? What's the device before the AX10 router ? Did you set the same Internet port configuration as with the old router ?

If the device is still under warranty contact the retailer for help. If the retailer can't help, then contact your local support to advise you on that.
