@djgwht Your FW seems the latest version available on the Australian suipport portal. There's no newer version even on the global english support portal. You may have to consider installing SMB 1.0...

@astroally You should be able to use tether app for managing the router remotely - here's the list of supported devices. If you login the router with your TP-Link ID you can unbind your account...

@Jlroy The PIN is printed on the device bottom sticker - details. The defauklt username/password is admin/admin. If something went wrong you can always reset the router by pressing its reset button...
