@AdamK81 I could only assume but probably something has gone wrong while using the HDD - power outage, wrongly recorded data, etc. If that's the case reformatting the HDD probably may help.

@arooo If you buy another AX55 you can build an Easymesh with a wireless backhaul between them. This router model has a strong wireless coverage and it should meet your needs for signal expanding....

@EduardoRissao RE605X do not support mesh in AP mode nor Easymesh ethernet backhaul. You should use RE605X in RE mode and connect it wirelessly to your router to build a mesh.
