@DJDPK Have you tried to reset the RE200 to its factory defaults an re-configure from scratch ? Press the reset button for about 10 seconds to reset the RE.

@Dezinn This could be an issue with the beta FW release since the last stable release doesn't appear to have this problem as you stated.

@IHseeker You should follow device bottom sticker information when selecting the appropriate FW release - details. Here's AX11000(US) v1.0 support page. FW upgrade won't help in case of a faulty WAN...

@rj47 It seems that this XPON terminal is distributed by the ISPs and that's the reason its FW couldn't be found on the support portal.

@9kk If the router is with a customized FW by the ISP is quite possible that the save button has been disabled on purpose. Even resetting the router may not help in this case.
