Firmware Version :

ISP : TIM.IT

After an Hard reset, the device work correctly, but wifi is open.

I try to reconfigure the router via web, but the address 192.168.1.1 is not reachable

Anyone can help me ?

Try power cycling the modem and then login again. Make sure the PC is only connect to the 8961 modem via either wired or wireless.
