Can I bridge a to link router and a talk talk router?

Recently I purchased a to link W9970 router/modem in he hopes of wirelessly bridging it to my main router. First of all, I can only access the 192.168.1.1 or web management page wirelessly, after connecting it up to my pc (wired) and typing in the address and nothing came up. I then proceeded to try it on my phone and it worked! I was also wondering weather i can bridge this router to my Talk Talk Huawei HG633, and how to do it.Thanks
