Can't connect to router's online web management page

Hi,I have recently got a Tp link W9970 and have tried to bridge it to my talk talk router. I haven't been able to get on the online management page, so i haven't been able to try (only on my phone - this doesn't work). I don't know if i need new drivers or something else, but when typing in http://192.168.1.1 and/or http://tplinkmodem.net nothing appears. I have looked on all of the instructions pages both on and off of this site, but none of them help! Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks,
