Hello please help my mr 200 stop working the 5g band, i tried to reboot, default factory and still the same. only works the 2.4gs band. thanks

Do you still see the 5G wireless name? Does this problem happen on all your devices?
Make sure the wireless light is on and change the channel of 5G to 36 or 144.
By the way, do you see any error code on the page.
Some people in the forum post their MR200 have error code on the config page.
