TD-W9970B with bug breaking DNS usage

fun fact: this router TD-W9970B has nice function, if you just keep default DHCP settings, meaning empty DNS servers, it will send to clients his IP address as DNS server. But this router is not responding as DNS server, so clients have no internet connection. I never see that, good work TP-Link.
