help for td-8951nd - rev. 4.0 before trimmer

hi ..... ..... before trimming 3 modem 8951nd with firmware 4.0 I wanted to know if it is possible to recover them as they all have the same three issues. I mean.
I start with a reset with a punch, I log in with 192.168.1.1 and after having correctly configured it with the navigation parameters it works properly for a period, then suddenly while it works, skips the connection and turns off the connection light while the warning light on and off. I try to go in again with gateway, but that does not allow me and I'm forced to reset the modem again and start over again. then I noticed another thing: I do not update firmware, if I go back if it isnstallo one more recent. me by the correct update procedure, but the review is always the same ....
can i do something or i have to throw ???
