Hello,

I'm looking how to download the ISP FILE from TP-LINK. In the help it says the following:

ISP Update Help

You can update the ISP information on this page.

Note: It is important to keep the device powered on during the entire update process, as any loss of power may damage your device.

To update the device:
1. Download the latest ISP update file from the Support page at www.tp-link.com to your computer.
2. Click Browse to locate and select the latest file
3. Click Update

But if you look at the website you can't find that flle. Any help on this?

@Haxes

Hello, thanks for asking.

What is the current ISP file version on the MR600 now? You may check if it is newer or already the same version as the one you downloaded from the official website. If the Current ISP Version is already the latest or newer, there is no need to upgrade it:

However, if it is an older version, you may need to choose the below zip file directly but not the attachment or the netispinfo one:

I hope this works, good day.

What's the model number? What's ISP update file? You mean the firmware for the product?

The model is the M7350.If you go to the Administration Page —> Advanced —> Dial-up , inside there you will find a section called ISP update. There it says you can download the ISP file in the Tp-Link support page, but I can’t find it.

I'm trying to update the ISP for the M600 V1.Firmware 1.2.0.0.9.1   I found the correct page, downloaded and have the uncompressed the file. There are only two files located within the folder plus a "how to" pdf. neither file is recognized by the router, one is called attachment and the other netispinfo. Is the file missing?
