Hello,

I have the VR2800v from TP-Link for 6 days.
I have the Entertain connection of the Telekom in Germany. The router has been set up with the quickstart guide. Under WAN interface, I now have two entries.
PPPOE VLAN ID 7 and IPTV VLAN ID 8.
But VLAn ID 8 IPTV is disconnected. And in the settings is DHCP enabled but it is everywhere 0.0.0.0.
So only the interface pppoe_7 is active. Telekom says but I need VLAN 8 for Entertain.
That's why the error messages
DHCPC: Send DISCOVER with request ip 0.0.0.0 and unicast flag 0
DHCPC: Send DISCOVER with request ip 0.0.0.0 and unicast flag 0
DHCPC: Send DISCOVER with request ip 0.0.0.0 and unicast flag 0
DHCPC: Send DISCOVER with request ip 0.0.0.0 and unicast flag 1
DHCPC: Send DISCOVER with request ip 0.0.0.0 and unicast flag 1.

Can I also install the firmware from this site.

This firmware seems for a Archer VR2800 but your Archer is VR2800v..
My IPTV is set as bridge and do not need to dialup. So i have two entries, one is PPPoE for internet and the other one is bridge for IPTV.
Does Germany Telekom need you to dial up once again to get IPTV? I think two username and password is troublesome

Thank you for your answer. I only use the VLan 7 and it works. I deleted IPTV.

VLAN 7 now works, but the Router crashd every 5-7 hours. DSL Telekom Lost.
Restart and it works. The Speedport Smart dosent crashed.
Whats wrong?
