My newly purchased tp-link tl-wa850re wifi extender can not detect my virgin router.
The virgin router uses both 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz with auto channel.
The extender is plugged in about 3 feet away from the router

scan it manually, if it doesn't work, you can contact with the support to confirm whether it has some compatible issue.

How do you scan manually? My booster has worked perfectly until yesterday when I had to have my router reset...since then I have been unable to reconnect. My router says it is unable to detect it.....I have two blue lights both steady......I read one should be blinking...any suggestions?
