TD-W8961N (UN) Connection Issues

As stated in the subject line, I am having connection issues with my TD-W8961N (UN).
The specific problems are with tablets not "seeing" the modem / router. Two separate tablets from two different manufacturers - Lenovo and Samsung.
My desktop (Dell) and two iPhones seem to have no problems connecting, though. Anyone have an idea as to why this happens?
