What's the model number of your device? Not every tplink device has a diagnostics I think.

;) Easy to do , did it first time I had this router hooked up , didn't notice that I needed to scroll down , that's why I thought a pic may help .
The scroll bar is not as obvious as it needs to be , and should not disappear when not in correct area of screen with mouse , but good its sorted.
