Hi I have setup an Archer C60 and set these parental controls on some of my son's devices but they are not blocking his internet access or Xbox one access. I have set this up as a timed rule with whitelist and no sites selected. Any advice or assistance would be much appreciated.

Hi, check the System Time of the router, it shows 3rd Jan 2016 on your second screenshot, it should be wrong.
Go to System Tools---Time Settings, make sure the router has correct time.

Hello,
I have exactly the same issue.
I have also Firmware version 1.0.2 Build 20160811 rel.55127 Hardware version Archer C60 V1.0
I try to restrict internet acces time to PS4 and Ipad of my children but all the settings I configure do not have any effect.

I’m having the same problems 

tried everything for the last 5 days, no luck.

Hi,

 

Below is the instruction to setup parental control.

Please notice that the internet access time is not the time period when you can access internet, instead, the parental control rule will take effect during this time. 

 

For the whitelist, the devices can access the allowed websites only during the internet access time, vice versa. 

 

Besides, you can select 24/7 all days as internet access time, choose whitelist but no keywords. After that, please confirm whether you can access internet. 

Note: Theoretically, the internet won't work.

Hello, I have the same problem as the users of this conversation, the parental control and the Archer C60 v2 version do not work and the firmware version is 2.0.0 Build 20161206 rel.65407. The Parental configuration is not difficult so I rule this out since users have the same problem as me without a solution.

@Kevin_Z I've tried this, and I still have access to the Internet. Both with every time slot selected, and unselected.

Have you checked the System Time settings are correct on the Archer C60? If that is correct, please show us the Parental Control settings on your C60, we can then confirm, thanks.
