Hi - I'm trying to swap out my EE Brightbox for a TD-W9980 modem router. I can get internet through the Brightbox, so the line/connections are all good. The W9980 worked perfectly in France, before we moved, and setting it up over there was straightforward. However over here setup wasn't quite so easy, but I've now got to the point where diagnostics show a fail on test authentication with ISP. I'm sure all the login and password details are correct. If I then plug the Brightbox in, the connection establishes no problem. I' appreciate any advice.
