Hi, Chris.
To make your laptop connected to the wireless network, you can change the wireless channel on the modem to avoid some wireless interference.
See this link here: http://www.tp-link.com/en/article/?faqid=474
And you can also double check the wireless password on the web management page of the modem.(Wireless->Security)
I have just found out this helpful FAQ, see here: http://www.tp-link.com/en/article/?faqid=429

Hi stella, I've tried just about everything.... the laptops are using Windows Vista Home Premium, Service pack 1.. Only these two laptops cannot connect.. it says " Press the Configuration button on your access point", then i say i cant find the config button, pressing I want to enter the network key instead... So i press my Password in (Which worked on every other computer and cellphone) Then it just says "Windows cannot connect" to my network... Ive just about given up.. There where No problems on my Netgear Rooter, they worked absolutely fine on it..Please stella, If you can help me on this.. i would be very grateful..

Hey,
Just look back at your router side, you will see a WPS button (wps is written under it), just press it and try to connect your laptop. You won't need to fill up password.

Hi.
What is the security type of the wireless network? WEP or WPA2-PSK Or?
If you are using WPA2-PSK, it may be too advanced for this Vista computer. You can change it to WPA-PSK or mixed WPA/WPA2-PSK for a try.
