Cant login in my NC220 administration site.

Hello, i have a problem to login the adminstrator site of my NC220, after a firmware update th e username field only accepts 20 characters long, the problem is that my account username is 21 characters long (luisespi_@hotmail.com). before the update i used to login with no problems. Please help me cause i need to connect my camera to wifi and i have to use the administrator site but i cant login.
