Hello, Brand new device, upgraded to the latest firmware. 2.4 ghz wifi channel works well. However, 5 ghz wifi channel failed to show or connect to devices (devices include: Macbook Air, HP pavillion, Google Pixel, iPhone 6). Model: Archer VR300 (EU) Version 1.0 AC1200 wireless VDSL/ADSL modem router Firmware: 1.2.0 0.8.0 v007b.1 Build 180122 Rel.34371nSecurity: WPA/WPA2 PersonalVersion: WPA2-PSKEncryption: AESMode: 802.11a/n/ac mixed Channel: AutoChannel width: Auto Have tried changing security, version, encryption, channel, channel width, to all available settings to no avail

Do you mean you can't detect the 5G signal on all your wireless clients? Have you enabled Wireless Radio? Or did you click on Hide SSID? If no, it's recommended to set the router to have a look.
