Hello, I just bought this adapter in order to screen-mirror my pc into my smartTV via miracast, but i've been unable so far:
1. First time I tried, I went to "connect" on the right sidebar and I could see my SmartTV ready to connect, but it wouldn't connect anyway.
2. After rebooting the PC, the smartTV stopped appearing on the "connect" list; I googled my problema and I found out this driver on this same fórum, so I installed it: https://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?101991-Archer-T4UH-V1-T4UH-V2-T9UH-Driver-Unofficial-Version-Windows-32-and-64-bit&highlight=t4u+miracast
3. After that, the smartTV started showing up again on the "connect" list, but still it won't connect with my pc.

If anyone could help me with this, I wold really appreciate it.

Hey, does your PC use win8.1 OS and above?
It requires the OS should be above win8.1.

My PC uses Windows 10 Pro x64 updated to the latest version. This problem does not show with an older d-link adapter, but I need to use one qith 5Gh band and the older one does not support it, so I would think it has something to do with the driver.

Hello, the Archer T4U V2 supports miracast function. 

 

What is the operating system of your computer? To use this feature, it requires the OS should be above win8.1.

 

Besides, is there any error message pops up? You can show us a screenshot of it.
