Having used HS110s for some time, I was a bit shocked when one of them, controlling the dishwasher as it's always done, shut down unexpectedly. I unplugged it from the wall, and it was hot - the Line pin especially so. Tried to unplug the plug-adaptor from it, and it was obvious something had melted - it was difficult to pull out and stopped about 5mm out, and now won't move. You can see strands of previously-melted white plastic sticking to the Line pin.

It was operating within its current limit - and the fuse would have blown if not. It's been running the dishwasher, and an electric kettle, never at the same time of course, all of its life.

It is, of course, outside warranty by a couple of months!

Has anyone else had this sort of problem?

Any ideas what could have caused it?

Cheers,

Howard

Thanks, I've done this and they're processing an RMA.
