my 2nd laptop resets the router

we have 2 laptops; msi and dell. our router is td8961N
- when we connect internet just with msi and other devices like tv..etc there is no problem, internet works fine.
- dell can connect internet via mobile hotspot
- when dell is closed we can use the internet properly
- when dell is connected with wifi it resets router in 5 min frequency
- when dell and msi both connected to hotspot there is no problem
- when dell is connected to hotspot and msi connected to wifi router resets itself again
we were connecting internet together 2 months before without problem( it was on a different home and a different router)
we are researching it for 2 weeks and cant find a solution yet if you can help we will be appreciated.
