Hi
I have a TP-LINK Archer C7 (FW: 1.0.7, HW: v4.0) - all working fine with wifi and wifed connectivity to the Internet but I see a status of 0 (zero) wireless or wired clients on the Web GUI screen. My clients are listed in DHCP. Anyone any clue?

thanks

I have the same problem.

I have two phones connected the the Archer C7 but the GUI Status / Settings tab shows "Wireless Clients" 0 and the table of Host Clients is empty.

The phones work and the Wired Clients show up with no issue.

Thanks.

Hi,

Can you see them under advanced-network-DHCP server-DHCP client list page?

Meanwhile, with devices connected to the C7, please show us a screenshot of the basic-network map page.

Thanks in advance, and have a nice day.

So the client devices show up under DHCP client list but does not on the basic-network map page?

Try to power cycle the router, and change another device or web browser to access the web interface to give it a shot.

@eth0network

Reconfirmed the pic attached, I found that the devices under DHCP client list have different IP address with different subnet.

Generally speaking, as client device connected to the C7, the IP will be assigned by it, and all the devices should be in the same subnet; ( the LAN IP is 192.168.0.1 by default).

May I know did you setup static IP for them? What is the current network topology?

Try to connect devices directly to the C7 with dynamic IP and verify whether you can see under basic-network map page.

Good day.
