Archer VR400 Ethernet speed issues.

My new Archer VR400 supposedly has gigabit ethernet, and I have 3 gigabit capable pc's connected to ports 1,2, and 3. My ethernet cables are all Cat5e. But it's connecting at only 100mbps on all of them. When I connect the pc's separately to the router, it's still 100mbps. When I connect 2 pc's together, it shows up as 1.0gbps. But when I connect those same pc's to the router, it's down to 100mbps again. I bought this modem router for it's duel band and gigabit capabilities so it's a little frustrating. Is there anything I'm missing?
