If I try to switch it off it generates a Error 9003 and fails to switch off.
Does anyone know how to turn off the Traffic Monitor.

Yup, happens to me with a Broadlink Mini 3 connected to a wireless network in an Archer MR600. Any page that lists network clients is broken with "Error code 9003: Invalid Value".

Same problem here. Thanks to @PulpImmersion I found the problem and it is also a Broadlink (not Broadcom hehe) RM3 Mini. I have two RM3 devices, and two more Broadlink RMPRO, and a lot of Sonoff and other wifi cameras and IoT devices but this RM3 Mini unit is stopping working well my MR600 router, and also a MR200 router I had previously to the MR600.
I wish to help in the investigation of this issue, so If you need more information about the device, or whatever, please, tell me.

This is the name that appears in the router config of my RM3 mini, before it produces the error 9003 code again. Maybe it can help. Can others post your device name to help TP Link service locate the problem?
RM3-42-a7-e2

I replaced my RM3 mini by other, and this have a different name:
Broadlink_RMMINI-f9-2f-61
And there is no problem at all with it.My router now works with no 9003 errors.
The problem appears with devices with names like RM3-42-a7-e2
I tried to replicate the issue naming this way my mobile phone and connecting to the 2.4Ghz WiFi of my router, but no 9003.
