Hello all
my modem router wifi suddenly stopped. i can't change the settings or start the wifi via button, getting the error 9805: corresponding case not found.
latest firmware ver : 0.2.0 0.9.1 v0074.0 Build 170504 Rel.68210n
any suggestions?

Hard reset is the first thing to do, thats the one where you hold the button in for as long as it takes for the front panel light disco to start, other than that you may have a duffer which needs returning to the store if you haven't already, HTH.

Sounds like a broken one tbh.
