I have performed all the operations suggested by the instruction manual to connect the kit, but I can not in any way to turn on the powerline LEDs (those shaped like a house)

I have this same problem! However, the 7510 Adaptor does seem to be connected to the networks even though the Powerline LED is not illuminated.
Weird. I have asked technical support what this means.
The network speeds expected are not achieved though.
