I just received from my cellular company (Vivo) a modem 3G Plus (3G+) – HUAWEI E3131 .

I have two 3G Wireless Routers : TL-MR3420 and TL-MR3220 . I tried to use the modem on them but sometimes they work, sometimes they don´t .

Both routers have the last version firmwares : 3.12.20 and 3.12.21 from May 23, 2012 .

I need to know if these routers are compatibles with this modem .

From the above list, your dongle and region are not included.
The problem you mentioned seems like a compatible issue. You may try to upgrade the firmware to be latest to see what happens.
