Cannot install the TP-LINK modem

I have gat a TD-8616 TP-LINK ADSL2+ Modem. On the modem, the internet light is off and I can not connect to the internet. I have a user account and password from my ISP Verizon and I don’t know where to enter the account and password. What should I do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a modem that has only bridge mode. So you can try to set up the internet on your computer or the router (if you have one). What is the operating system of the computer? Maybe I can provide you some help.

It works after you delete the old connected and set up new PPPoE connection again on my computer. Many thanks.
