For this case, may I know if the high ping issue happens on hardwired connection or Wi-Fi?

If it is disconnected, how can you make it work again?

If it is disconnected and by that time ,if you connect your modem directly to your computer ,can you get internet? We need to make sure it's not a modem issue.
