Hello there. I think there might be a problem is the qos section on the td-w9970 v2.

I have the latest firmware, build 170919. When I set-up the qos for lan cables and i reserve the ip for that machine. Qos for downstream speed does not work. Only the upstream. I tried restarting the router many times but it doesn't seem to work. For the wifi, it works perfectly fine. But for lan cables it doesn't work. Can you help me ?
