Hi There,

May I know the topology of your network?

Who is your internet service provider?

Do you get internet from a modem or from a port on the wall?

If you connect your modem or th port on the wall to your computer directly ,can you visit your office VPN?

Thanks

Hi Kevin,

I am from India...

And not much into networking.

Its basically a broadband internet connection. wherein i have cable connected to my tplink router and i access the internet over wifi.

If i connect the ethernet cable directly to my laptop (bypassing the router), then i am able to connect to my office VPN . it works fine.

It is only when i am connected to the wifi, that it fails to connect and times out.
