Hi,
What is the current network topology? Is it internet cable--Main router--C7--clients?
Please login to the web UI of C7 and go to basic-network map page; there please click on Archer C7 icon and then scroll down the page and check the negotiation speed of internet port. Please show me a picture of it as well.
Then you can change another cable with better quality to give it a go.
Any updates, please let me know.
Good day.

hi, thanks for you respons.
"What is the current network topology? Is it internet cable--Main router--C7--clients?"
if you main how i hooked up the acher c7 on the main router "technicolor TG389ac"? I just put in my LAN cable that whas in my pc where i get 600MBps whits give me a download speed of 75MB max per sec.
i use this cable to put in the wan port and was oke at first try, but after wile suddenly only 100mb duplex ???
pc internet connection adapter shows 1.0 Gb speed.
so it is actually an extender but when set to acses point, not muts to change here to i set it back to router.
on the page you mensioned negotiation speed are
on "internet port " 100Mbps full duplex (should be 1000 )
on "lan 2" 1000Mbps full duplex.
you said change cable but i have normal speed of 600Mbps when cable is in pc,than it should be good ?
i read somewhere that the negotiation speed of wan can not be changed manualy ?
so where is the problem than ?

Hi,
The network topology means how do you connect these devices together. So please tell me that; or you can show me a picture of the physical connection among them.
Meanwhile even though you can get a better speed from the main router with the same cable, considering the neogotiation speed is 100Mbps full duplex only, please change another cable with better quality to run a comparison analysis.
Besides, you can try to change the negotiation speed to 1000Mbps. Log into the web UI of C7 and go to advanced-system tools-system parameters-duplex.
Any updates, please let us know.
Good day.

Hi,
Thanks for your valued reply, and seems that we found the root cause.
You can buy a new cable which can handle 1000Mbps, and then take some time to do a test.
Any updates, please let us know.
Have a nice day.
