Bonjour.

 

J'ai de probleme de perte de connection internet sur mes Deco les symptomes sont les suivants :

 

  • Mon ordi ou smartphone est toujours connecter au Reseau Wifi du Deco.
  • Internet n'est pas accessible

 

ci-dessous un graphe des pertes de connection de 21H00 à 22H43.

 

 

 

Au debut j'ai cru que cela venai da la Box4G mais apparament cela viens bien du reseau Deco.
Que faire ?

Hello.

I have a problem of loss of internet connection on my Deco the symptoms are as follows:

     My computer or smartphone is always connected to the Wifi Network of Deco.
     Internet is not accessible

Above a graph of the connection losses from 9:00 pm to 10:43 pm.

 

 

At first I thought it came from the Box4G but apparently it comes from the network Deco.
What to do ?

Hi,

 

Do you experience the same issue on all of your wireless devices? 

 

Ensure your computer or mobile phone is not blocked. Check black list and parental controls.

 

Disable fast roaming.

 

And when the computer is connected to Wi-Fi but cannot access internet, ping the LAN IP address of the Deco and also www.google.com

Je pense que le probleme viens de la borne.
J'ai interchanger le deco maitre avec un autres est plus de probleme.
Comment faire pour avoir un DOA/RMA sur cette borne ?

I think the problem comes from the terminal.
I interchange the master deco with another is the problem has disappeared.
How to have a DOA / RMA on this terminal?

How many deco do you have? Do you still have the same unstable issue? or after you change the master deco, all the deco network is working properly? How about the firmware version and hardware version for each deco?

 Yes but only when I connect the deco that seems to have a defect

On the 3 deco : ver 1.0 1.2.4 BUILD 20181206 REL 47 778
 
I think it would take an RMA for this deco.

Hi, 

Have you tried reset this deco and reconfigure it? If not, you can have a try , then test whether it can provide stable connection or not.


Whether all of your clients have the unstable problem when connected to this deco unit? And how often does the unstable issue occur?


If it's possible to change the location of the 2 RE deco units, you can have a test.

 

By the way, because different country have different warranty policy, you can contact the hotline/chat to confirm the RMA policy in your region.
