AC1900 Touch Screen Wi-Fi Gigabit Router Speed issues.

hello..
i own and use a AC1900 Touch Screen Wi-Fi Gigabit Router for my internet
i upgraded to a 600/600 mbit connection.
But im only getting about 400mbit out of my router. does any one know any settings or something that could be set wrong for me?!

Hi,
Is the model Touch P5?
Firstly ensure you can get 600 mbit from your modem directly. Connect a PC wired to the modem to test speed.
Do not run any programs on the computer when you test speed.
Is 400 mbit Wi-Fi connection speed or Ethernet? If only Wi-Fi speed is slow, change wireless settings like channel.

im useing cables,
Now i got 1000/1000 mbit internet and stil only getting the 400 mbit out of the router,,
Right now it seems like the router isnt delivering it as it said in the specs when i bought it...

Yes i do get the speed going into the router.
And yes i did speed test. without router, got the speeds. with the router im only getting max 420 mbit.
and i payed alot of money since i knew i was gonna get fast internet but this router isnt doing what its suppose to deliver.. kinda annoyed by the fact its not :D

Hi,
With your computer connected to the TouchP5, please go to speedtest.net and run it for 3 times and then show us the pictures of the test results.
To do a comparison analysis, please run a speed test as well with your computer connected to the modem directly.
Besides, please check the wired link speed with your device connected to the router/modem separately. Below is the instruction:
