I have a RE200 that I have set as an access point. I have 2,4 and 5GHZ enabled with just a couple of clients connecting to it. For some reason a couple of times a day, the device fails. It stops responding pings or shows a huge response time. Also the wifi signal drops completely and will remain like that for a few minutes when it starts working again and pinging back.  It's V2. 1.1.7 Build 20181026 Rel. 62940

Hi,

For your issue, please help to confirm the following information for your issue. Thank you!

1. Normally, how many devices connected to the RE200 at the same time?

2.Whether there any high flow applications on the clients when internet dropping? Like play game

3. Is the internet source/router wired connection working properly?

4. Is the RE200 US version? Have you tried reset the RE and reconfigure it?

You can change the wireless settings on the RE200, like the channel, channel width settings.
