Hello,

 

My NC450 V2 camera worked vey well for a long time but recently the camera doesn't go back to the same point after rebooting. the focus is differrent evey time. Sometimes it's higher en sometime lower so that i see the ceiling or the floor. The current firmware version is 1.5.0 built 2018.10.22.

Can someone help me?

On the tpCamera app, when you go to the live view page,  you can try to adjust the position of the camera focus by your own.

Dear Kevin,

 

I've tried it severall times now and it doesn't work. Every time the camera starts i have to set the camera into the right position. It stil doesn't start in the last positition. Thanks for the idea
