I have a laptop which when connected to a range extender shows "no internet access". Other laptops connected to the same extender will connect to the internet with no problem. How can I get it to connect?

What's the model number of your range extender? And what's the hardware version?
What's the operating system of your laptop which is no internet access?
You can try to remove the profile on your laptop, and then reconnect to the RE's wireless network to have a check.
Use windows 10 for example: https://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-918.html
If still the same, you can try to update the driver of your laptop's wireless adapter.
