Archer C9 - cannot log into admin page

Every now and again, I cannot log into the admin page of my V2 Archer C9. If I try to do it from my phone, I do not even see the username and password fields, I just get the blue TP link background. If I try to do it from a PC, I do at least see the username and password fields, but when I press "log in" nothing happens.
The only way to fix this seems to be resetting the router by turning off and back on again.
I am on firmware version 4.0.0, build 20160517 rel 63505
Anyone else experienced this?
