Hi again,

I've added a USB printer to the network via the USB port on the router. I have downloaded and installed the USB printer controller utility from this website and I can print fine.

My issue is with the Windows UAC nag box every time I boot up the PC asking if I want the utility to make changes to my PC. I always click yes but it's there on every boot up.

What do I need to do to stop this please?

I'm on Windows 10.

It is suggested to disable the software automatic reboots in windows 10.

Go to task manager and hit start, choose this USB printer controller utility and click disable.

Meanwhile, cause there may some difference, you can google how to do that or contact Microsoft to get more details.

Wish you good luck.
