i got my m7200 recently i am i am using the connection just fine but the problem i cant set up an account 

when i go to tplinkwifi.net it says 

 

Oops! It looks like you aren't connected to your TP-Link network. Please check your network connection and try again.

even though i am connected to it at the momment

1. Please ensure that your device has connected to the M7200.

2. And then please follow the instruction below to login: https://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-1647.html

3. If failed, you can hard reset the M7200 and try again.
