WPA4220 access to the device via the Internet

To access the device via the internet for reboot the device, I open a port on modem.
But I can't access the web-managed page.
Which port using WAP4220? Port 80?

Yes I scaned open ports on powerline, there is open port 80.
Closed another virtual servers on port 80 (modem, camera etc.0I) and create virtual server port 80 for powerline, but not help. Still I can not reach to powerline over internet.
I can reach my all another devices over internet exept powerline :((
I can't understand where is problem.
