Hi

I recently bought TP Link Archer T2U Ac600

My old adapter was an asus N53, but it the utility / driver sometimes stopped working

With this old adapter i got 144 Mbps speed on the 2.4 ghz network and 300 Mbps on the 5 ghz

But when using the TP Link Archer T2U Ac600, it stays capped / lockd at 150 Mbps on the 5 ghz band.

Is there a setting i should change to get it to 300 Mbps?

Hi,

What is the operating system of your computer? Please find the hardware version of the T2U as well.

https://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-46.html

How far away between the main router and the computer? What about the wireless signal strength?  You can move it closer to the router and test the speed.

Besides, you can change the wireless channel of main router's 5GHz, find a clean one.

What is more, how did you install the driver? With the CD or download it from the official website?

Good day.
