Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: TP903R2363

I found out, that some Neffos smartphone models which are comparably as good as, but also some other are weaker than, Neffos X1 Max, already got updated their firmware to Android 8 Oreo. Why X1 Max still didn't got it's updates? Do community really have to start making online petitions, to remind TP-LINK about their must of taking care about their customers?

When can we expect updates?

Same Problem, same Question. Meanwhile Android 10 is available. And we owners of the most expencieve NEFFOS phones use version 7!
