Firmware Version: 3.15.8 Build 150820 Rel.40814n

Hi there!

 

I'm starting to have troubles in the connection when I had none of this in the past.

 

When I check the log I can see different entries with:

DNS probing failed, no connection to the internet

 

In the other hand, I've tried to move the channel of the main router but with no satisfactory outcomes.

Hello,

 

What is the current light status of the extender? 

 

Can you access internet from it?

 

If not, please reconfigure it with the instruction below with the main router's wifi password.

If you can access internet but still have the system log, it is suggested to change the DNS server of the main router.
